To reset/unlock a password, follow these instructions ENTIRELY.

Go to http://www.caduceus24-7.com

Click on RESET PASSWORD
    (black button in the upper right-hand corner)

A window will pop up. Enter your email address

Click on RESET PASSWORD

The password is reset/unlocked and sent to the user.

Please note that it is very easy to change your password by
logging in and clicking on your NAME in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, right above the word 'LOGOUT.'
